Welcome to the Cryptography Center!

Our Purpose

This website is designed as a location for as many cryptography resources as possible. The intent is to collect a large number of articles for those who are interested in learning more, practical computer applications to download, lists of other resources, and an open forum for discussion on cryptographic techniques. As well, I hope this website will be a new home for those interested in the science of keeping secrets. You can share your thoughts by using our forum!

Your Help

There is no way this website will exist for any decent period of time without your help. Cryptography has had a difficult time as a science; the vast majority of the people who work in it are sworn to secrecy and who never leave the Fort. It's been said that a large percentage - that is, a very large percentage - of the cryptographers that have ever lived are living today. And most of them live somewhere close to the Fort. In other words, there is very little that I can do alone to make this site a success. I will only deem it a "success" when it reaches the point where people from around the world actually use it and appreciate it. At the moment, we're new enough that our user base is small - though they are certainly dedicated. If you can help out in any way, we will certainly appreciate it. Anything from posting your thoughts on the forum to mailing me files you'd like to see posted to writing code for one of the projects is greatly appreciated. Not to mention, any successful attacks that the users of this site may carry out should be reported to me for fixing and then discussed at great length on the forum. I thank you for any help and time you may put into continuing the success of cryptography in the private sector.
